OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SITE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Augusta County, Virginia (or the nearest competent court serving Staunton, VA) for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

We may modify or discontinue the Site, and we may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest changes. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
